We're looking for a sharp, ambitious Financial Partner, someone early in their career, eager to learn, ready to step into team management for the first time, and grow fast in an international environment, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and performance management across our global operations. As a Financial Partner, you will lead a team of three FP&A Analysts and act as a trusted finance partner to senior business stakeholders.
Your LittleBig Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 FP&A Analysts, setting direction, coaching, and fostering a high-performance environment
- Own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process across all entities and geographies
- Drive and present monthly financial board reports to the Executive Committee
- Partner with country leads and business unit heads to build financial models supporting strategic decisions
- Design and improve management reporting, including dashboards, P&L by segment, headcount, and cost tracking
- Support international expansion through financial structuring for new market entries and scenario planning
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate recurring tasks, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, and Operations on transversal finance projects
Your Profile
- 4–6 years of total experience — audit, controlling, FP&A, or a combination of the three
- You've built solid technical foundations and you're ready for your first real management step
- Exposure to an international or multi-entity environment is a strong plus
- Strong financial modelling skills — you build from scratch, not just populate templates
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast pace — you create structure where there isn't one
- Fluent in English (primary working language with most stakeholders) and French
- Rigorous, direct, curious — you ask the right questions and push for clarity
