This Privacy Policy is published by Mantu SA (“Mantu”), a company registered under the incorporation number CHE-476.382.049. Mantu is acting as the data controller regarding the data collected hereunder, and is committed to the protection of personal data and to the respect of the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To study your job application: to ensure your profile matches our internal needs or the job offer we publish, and allow us, or any of our Affiliates to contact you for a job opportunity.

  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

  • To secure our Service: certain navigational data must legally be retained to enable Us to ensure the security of Our electronic communication Services and to detect, prevent or track down attempts at malicious or computer intrusion or violations of the terms of use of Our Services. This is the case for the IP address and the dates and times of connection of a terminal to one of Our Services.

The recipients of the personal data are the Company staff having a need to access it, including but not limited to the recruitment and business teams of our Group.

We process your Personal Data on the basis of your acceptance of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. However, Personal Data may be also processed due to legal obligations or to meet Our legitimate interest in processing them as foreseen by GDPR in its article 6.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data for a period of 4 years from your application, from the last sourcing of your profile on the job boards used by our recruitment teams, or from the last registered contact with you, unless You have exercised your right of deletion of mentioned above prior to the end of the data retention period.

We may also retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

At the end of the retention period, we will proceed to the anonymization of your data. Such anonymization is performed in such way that your identification is then no longer possible.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be treated confidentially within the Company as well as during transfers listed below:

  • With our Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.   • With our Clients: if you are applying for a consulting position, your profile may be shared with our end client in case it matches the client need.
  • For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

We will not share, sell, rent or disclose your Personal Data to entities other than those specified above without your prior consent. We may, however, need to disclose certain Personal Data about You at the request of the competent administrative or judicial authorities, to comply with Our legal and regulatory obligations, or to protect and defend Our rights and interests and/or to prevent any abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of Our Service. Your request will treated by our Data Protection Team within one (1) month from the reception of your request. Please note that We may ask an identity proof in case of legitimate doubt to prevent identity fraud.

DPO and Data Protection Team

In order to comply with Article 37 of the GDPR, We appointed a Data Protection Officer operating at the group level, which We appointed to the french data protection supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés ("CNIL"). The Data Protection Officer is a consulting firm based in Paris, France. You can contact the Data Protection Officer regarding any issue relating to personal data protection by sending an email to personaldata@mantu.com.

Furthermore, the Data Protection Officer is supported by a dedicated team operating at the group level.

Security of Your Personal Data

In order to guarantee an appropriate level of protection to all your personal information, our Internet site is hosted in the European Union (France) on the servers of Scaleway, a simplified joint stock company, registered under SIREN number 433115904. Furthermore we have deployed a series of security measures among which:

  • Encrypt most of Our Services using SSL technology
  • Conduct internal audits on data collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to Our systems
  • Restrict access to Personal Data only to employees who have a professional need to access it
  • Signature by our employees of confidentiality agreements
  • Our recruitment and business teams are regularly trained to data security and the importance of data privacy

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for persons under the age of 15.

If you have parental responsibility for a minor who has provided us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
