To reinforce our young and ambitious Data and AI team we are seeking a skilled Data Engineer. You will be responsible for designing data pipelines, developing our data architecture and implementing data governance practices. You will collaborate closely with data analysts and data scientists to develop impactful analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines on Azure using Databricks.
- Collaborate with data and AI teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of various analytics use cases.
- Support the AI team in deploying their developments into production, empowering end-users to harness their full potential
- Establish best practices and maintain data governance policies and data standards
- Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate them into the design of our data platform.
Ideal profile:
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Previous experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data platforms preferably on Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes and data modelling
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, you are embracing challenges with enthusiasm
