You will join the Corporate team at Little Big Connection, gaining a comprehensive overview of key strategic topics and collaborating closely with top management on initiatives critical to the company’s success. Your responsibilities will evolve in line with business needs, requiring adaptability and a broad skill set.
Your Missions:
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the company, screen markets and competition, produce business analyses, and build models of growth
- Plan business unit townhalls and coordinate management hub travel
- Support the constitution of board packs, prepare ahead and ensure action points from executive meetings are implemented
- Participate in and coordinate bank presentations, sustainability, and transparency report production
- Assist with talent sourcing and recruiting
- Take charge of and complete a wide variety of tasks across product, business planning, sales, marketing, and people management teams
- Implement new processes and propose innovative ideas to enhance team productivity
- Lead a high value-added strategic project with tangible business impact
Your Profile:
- Experience in missions requiring precision and reliability
- Strong analytical sense and critical thinking
- Proficiency in organization, time management, and autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and foster team synergy, efficiently leading and self-motivating to achieve targets within set timeframes
- Versatility and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, able to switch topics with consistent impact
- Deep belief in the transformative impact of AI, viewing it as a historical moment akin to the Industrial Revolution or early Internet
- Strong communication skills in professional English
- French native fluency
- Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity
