You will join our team and gain a comprehensive overview of key strategic topics at Little Big Connection, collaborating closely with top management on initiatives critical to our success. You will be involved in a variety of projects, adapting to the fast pace of our business and supporting management team members in achieving their objectives.

 

Your Missions

  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and building growth models.
  • Plan and coordinate business unit townhalls and management hub travel.
  • Support the preparation of board packs, anticipate key meetings, and ensure follow-up on action points from executive sessions.
  • Participate in and coordinate bank presentations, and contribute to the production of sustainability and transparency reports.
  • Support talent sourcing and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with various teams (product, business planning, sales, marketing, people management) to complete diverse tasks.
  • Implement new processes and propose innovative ideas to enhance team efficiency.
  • Lead a high value-added strategic project with concrete business impact.
 

Your Profile

  • Fast learner with a desire to deliver results with urgency, accountability, and intent.
  • Analytical sense and critical thinking.
  • Experience in driving results and fostering team synergy; ability to lead and self-motivate to achieve objectives within set deadlines.
  • Versatility and adaptability to shift between topics while maintaining high impact.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and autonomy; proven reliability and precision in task execution.
  • Deep belief in the transformative potential of AI in today’s world.
  • English fluent. French native.
  • Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
