Job description
You will join our Corporate team to structure, lead, and optimize the execution of projects and operations, combining a PMO/Project Manager role, enablement and methodology support, and contributions to team life and collective efficiency. The objective is to ensure smooth project execution, maturity in practices and tools, and a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Your Missions
- Organize and animate project rituals (weekly and biweekly meetings)
- Monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure priorities are met
- Implement and maintain project management tools (OKR dashboards, project analysis, reporting)
- Track workload and hours spent per client
- Support team enablement (structuring practices, operational support)
- Manage and optimize tools (e.g., data migration, Salesforce improvements)
- Update and harmonize methodological materials (decks, processes, best practices)
- Contribute to internal structuring projects (e-learnings, help center, certifications)
- Provide operational support for team life (room bookings, coordination with internal/external contacts)
- Organize and coordinate collective events (team buildings, workshops)
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and improve daily team operations
Your Profile
- Experience in project management or PMO roles
- Proficiency with workflow automation and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Salesforce)
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
- Academic background in business, engineering, or related field
- French native and English fluent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrate strong communication skills in professional settings
- You demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and autonomy skills
- You demonstrate versatility and comfort in fast-paced environments
- You demonstrate a deep belief in the transformative impact of AI and a desire to leverage it in your work
- You demonstrate a fast-learning mindset, accountability, and intent to drive results and team synergy.
- Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
