Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

The role of Billing & Invoice Specialist, internally known as the Key Account Specialist, consists mainly of managing timely and accurate invoicing. The company acts as an intermediary for key account customers and service providers. This gives the Billing & Invoice Specialist a key role in its cash management.
Mission Description
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy and compliance.
- Enter and monitor orders in the computer system.
- Ensure the accuracy of information throughout the operational chain.
- Adhere to current accounting and tax regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding invoices and orders.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with business and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Provide reports and analyses on sales and billing to relevant managers.
- Continuously improve processes and tools related to your role.
Profile Requirement
Ideal Profile
- HSC holder or a degree in Accounting or any related field.
- Previous experience in international billing, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and under pressure.
- Team player with a strong customer service orientation.
- Committed and able to work independently.
Knowledge of French accounting principles is a plus.
