You will join our dynamic team as a Board Associate Intern, working directly with board members and the executive team to ensure smooth operational rhythm and address top business priorities. Through your involvement, you will gain significant exposure to the key strategic topics shaping the direction of the Mantu group.
This internship is designed for highly motivated and proactive individuals eager to contribute to high-impact initiatives and explore various domains within a fast-growing, international organization.
Your missions

Contribute to the company’s strategic vision through market and competition analysis, business modeling, and strategic recommendations

Support governance by preparing board materials and following up on key decisions and action plans

Organize internal communication events including townhalls and executive team travel

Assist in producing financial documents such as bank presentations and sustainability reports

Help with sourcing and recruiting initiatives to support strategic hiring

Coordinate and monitor execution of cross-functional strategic projects

Propose improvements and implement new methods to enhance operational efficiency

Lead or support high value-added strategic projects with tangible business impact
Your profile

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

Experience in organization and time management

Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

Motivation to take ownership and work autonomously with accountability

Deep belief in the significance of AI and its historical impact

Excellent written and spoken English

French native speaker

Academic background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

You have an ability to synthesize and communicate effectively in an executive environment
