Job description
Join our team and take part in strategic projects aimed at reshaping organizational structures and introducing new tools and processes to support growth in France and internationally. In this role, you will coordinate and participate in multiple strategic initiatives, from conducting audits to implementing impactful recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
Your LittleBIG Responabilities:

Conduct audits, make recommendations, and develop action plans for projects within your area of responsibility.

Define regular coordination points and establish a structured reporting format.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Actively participate in project implementation and change management initiatives.

Analyze documentation and comparative studies to make informed proposals and strategic decisions.
Your profile

Strong ability to quickly understand business operations across various departments.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and summarization skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
