Job description

Your LittleBig responsibilities  

As part of the Marketing team, you will be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid), reporting directly to the CMO.

Your main missions will be:

As Growth Outbound Manager, you will have the responsibility to scale our outbound strategy and generate highly qualified opportunities for the growing sales pipeline and new client acquisition.

You will:

  • Lead outbound campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline for sales: scraping, data enrichment, emails copywriting, campaigns launch, reporting.
  • Define objectives, execute, track, and report.
  • Ensure leads identified are well contacted and convert into new customers
  • Continuously document the processes
  • Collaborate closely with teammates from different functions such as our international growth manager, marketing, sales
  • Use our current stack and improve it to achieve our objectives
  • Reporting to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success
  • Work closely with our Sales and Ops team to manage the setting and the tracking of the campaigns
  • Manage a Growth Outbound apprenticeship (already recruited)

Candidate Profile

  • French native speaker imperative, you speak English fluently
  • A first experience of 2 years in Outbound is mandatory
  • You know scraping techniques
  • You are curious and always eager to test new tools
  • You are analytical and always base your actions on reporting
  • You like building email sequences from end-to-end
  • You are business oriented
