Job description
As Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing customer relationships while contributing to the expansion of the Connect offering worldwide.
Strategy and management
- Understanding customer positioning in relation to market trends;
- Building the sales strategy for your Business Unit;
- Steering the growth and financial sustainability of your Business Unit;
- Manage, coach and support the development of junior Account Managers;
Business development
- Canvassing your various customers in order to identify key partners;
- Identify new customer needs;
- Support customers in their search for expertise;
- Get to grips with all our offerings (Marketplace, Saas, etc.);
Follow-up and loyalty
- Ensuring that assignments and customer satisfaction are properly monitored;
- Optimise customer intimacy and retention of partner service providers;
- Promote your Business Unit by organising events.

You are the right candidate if :
- You have a Master's degree from a business school, engineering school or university, and would like to work in a scale-up environment;
- You have initial experience in project management combined with customer portfolio management;
- You have excellent adaptability skills;
- You're looking for a team adventure, responsibility and autonomy;
- You are fluent in French and English and, ideally, a third language;
- Experience in the world of technology, software publishing and international business is a plus.
