Job description
At LittleBIG Connection, we value the role of a software developer. Above and beyond technological
aspects, which are constantly changing, the software developer fulfils an important role: building our
SaaS solution by translating specific professional, product, and financial needs from our product team,
into quality source code, with a focus on design.
Working within a task force, you will help develop one or several modules of the LittleBIG Connection
platform and will be fully involved in the team operations.
Software development/product evolutions :
• Analyze and challenge product specifications
• Actively participate in committees
• Manage software development
• Urgently address defects highlighted by the Certification team
• Ensure the continuous update of the JIRA activity repository
Software development/problem solving, hot fixing & assistance :
• Investigate, analyze
• Engage in discussion with support level2 and/or customer support, business teams, and all stakeholders
• Solve problems
• Develop in hot fixing mode (minimal impact, workaround)
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate would be someone who has recently graduated or is about to graduate from an
engineering school or computer science program. We value individuals who are eager learners, have
strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication skills.
✔ You have a foundational knowledge of Java programming language as well as Angular framework.
✔ You possess good analytical thinking capabilities coupled with attention-to-detail.
✔ You're comfortable working both independently as well as part of a team.
✔ Your written & verbal English communication skills are proficient.
✔ You're open to receiving feedback and continuously improving your skills.
✔ You have a proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative when required.
✔ Lastly, you are legally eligible to work in France.
