Job description

Your LittleBig responsibilities

We are currently seeking an entry-level Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at LittleBig Connection, based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. This role is a unique opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success management within the tech industry.

  • Manage and develop client portfolios while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to use more of our services and collaborate with sales teams on expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and create actionable strategies that will lead to increased retention rates.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers, showcase new features and upgrades as they become available.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Development among others to ensure consistency in delivering company-wide goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance tutorials and other communication infrastructure such as FAQs or Knowledge Base articles based on feedback from customers or personal observations during interactions with them.

Candidate profile 

You're an ambitious individual who thrives on challenges. As a recent graduate or someone looking for their first step into the world of Customer Success Management; you have excellent communication skills coupled with an analytical mindset which allows you understand complex issues easily.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably related fields like Business Administration or Computer Science but we value diverse educational backgrounds as well.
  • You're fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset that allows you to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • You're comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift rapidly as we grow our business.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM software would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
