TOGETHER
To fuel our growth, we are looking for an AI Growth Hacker to join our Talent Acquisition Transformation team.
Your mission will be to rethink how we identify, engage and nurture talent at scale by building expert communities powered by AI, data and growth marketing techniques.
You will help turn talent communities into strategic assets for Mantu by connecting and activating a diverse ecosystem of candidates, employees, alumni, and clients.
This newly created role sits at the intersection of our Talent Acquisition strategic communities and growth hacking teams. You will work closely with Business, AI & Data Analytics, Marketing & Employer Branding, Product & Engineering, and HR teams.
From day one, you will have access to dedicated AI training and powerful tools, combining in-house developments Wirth solutions from leading AI providers. We also provide access to most major LLMs, giving you the freedom to choose and experiment with the best tools for each task.
WHAT
You will:
- Build expert talent communities to support our short- and long-term recruitment strategy, across thousands of hires every year
- Develop data-driven models and insights to anticipate talent needs, identify relevant profiles and measure performance over time
- Identify and engage relevant students and consultants through a wide range of channels, including LinkedIn, JobTeaser, our website and other digital platforms
- Grow targeted communities around priority skills, schools, geographies and career interests
- Design and run growth campaigns using our proprietary and third-party databases, LinkedIn, HeyReach and other growth hacking tools
- Craft personalized outreach strategies and messages that reflect Mantu’s People Value Proposition and resonate with each target audience
- Experiment, test and optimize through A/B testing and data analytics to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates
- Build AI agents and scalable playbooks to replicate successful experiments and deploy them across our 60+ countries
