Your missions

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online across the group, including permissions, sharing settings and site lifecycle management
• Manage Microsoft Teams Phone and VoIP services, including phone numbers, Teams Direct Routing, voice gateways, call routing, auto attendants and call queues
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow and security controls, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, quarantine, retention and data loss prevention
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for messaging, collaboration and telephony incidents, and resolve them within agreed service levels
• Monitor service availability, performance, message delivery and call quality, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 deployment, migration and improvement projects
• Document procedures, configurations and best practices in the internal knowledge base
• Coordinate with technology partners and telecom operators to maintain service continuity

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, unified communications, messaging or collaboration services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration, Teams Direct Routing, voice gateways, SIP and PSTN connectivity
• Experience with Exchange Online Protection or similar anti-spam and email security solutions
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft 365 or unified communications certifications is a plus
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment
