As Senior Legal Generalist, you will provide legal support across commercial, corporate, and HR-related matters for the Group’s activities and brands, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in multiple jurisdictions.
Mission Description
Commercial Legal
-
Draft & review commercial agreements for the different activities and brands of the Group (service, sub-contracting, consortiums agreements etc..)

Secure commercial operations by establishing an appropriate legal framework adapted to commercial operation locally and between the Group’s entities.

Manage pre-litigations and Litigations and the relationship with external lawyers and experts

Conduct legal research, manage and monitor insurance and licenses as needed

Follow audit and compliance projects

Manage and challenge expedients with regulators and local administrations to obtain the licenses and authorizations needed for the commercial activity.

Assist in training and participate to the development of Group legal culture
Corporate Legal

Draft and review standard corporate documents (e.g., board resolutions, articles of association, minutes, powers of attorney)

Contribute to annual compliance reviews, regulatory submissions and annual filings across all jurisdictions

Support internal audit processes and regulatory examinations
Follow corporate secretarial requirements across Asian jurisdictions

Ensure renewal and updates of Business Registration Certificates in Asian jurisdictions

Manage document legalization, apostille, and notarization requirements

Maintain corporate governance databases and minute books up to date

Coordinate with any external authority and fiduciary

Manage translation requirements for legal documents
HR- related issues

Ensure the legal support in social and labor law topics

Draft and review employment agreements, employment contract clauses, addendums, company polices (including but not limited to employment policies), wages and benefits

Provide risk analysis and counsel on post-contractual obligations, breach of contractual obligations, disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts, litigations, health and safety topics

Manage contract with lawyers and external legal experts

Legal Research & Legal Monitoring
Profile Requirement

Graduated from a bachelor’s degree with specialization in Law or relevant fields

Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant exp

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English, additional language will be a plus

Strong communication and self-organization skills

Curiosity and strong willingness to learn

Ability to do regular and efficient reporting to Legal Managers who are based overseas
