Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative products that drive business transformation. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Your Missions:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on value and impact
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery best practices to optimize team performance and product outcomes
- Analyze data and feedback to inform product decisions and continuously improve product offerings
- Structure ambiguity and provide clear, actionable direction for product development
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex products, ensuring successful launches and adoption
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience as a Product Owner (2 - 4 years of experience), with proven achievements in owning and delivering complex products end-to-end
- Proficiency in Story Map and backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap definition
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a value - and outcome - driven mindset
- Ability to structure ambiguity and make clear, informed product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Language: Vietnamese (Native) and English fluent.
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
