Context: Campus & Talent Partnerships Team
The Campus & Talent Partnerships team is part of the Talent Acquisition Department at Mantu. Its mission is not only to recruit early talents, but to build and activate long-term ecosystems of future candidates through strategic partnerships, communities, and innovative talent engagement models.
We operate at the intersection of:
- Talent Acquisition
- Strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and Junior Enterprises (JE)
- Talent community building & nurturing
- Digital transformation of sourcing through automation & AI
We are currently evolving from a traditional campus recruitment function into a data-driven, AI-enabled talent ecosystem builder, capable of identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent continuously rather than only during recruitment peaks.
The intern will report to the Senior Campus Recruitment Coordinator (France).
Mission
Your role sits at the crossroads of digital transformation and program management. You will have a dual mission: streamline and automate our campus operations using AI tools, while piloting our flagship program with Junior Enterprises (JE) to scale our talent pipelines.
1. Process Automation & AI-Driven Talent Nurturing
You will be responsible for bringing automation into our daily operations and candidate nurturing strategy:
- Workflow Automation: Identify manual tasks within the campus cycle and design automated workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Talent Nurturing Campaigns: Set up automated communication and nurturing sequences to keep top student profiles and communities engaged with Mantu throughout the year.
- AI Tool Sourcing & Experimentation: Explore, test, and implement new AI-powered tools to improve candidate sourcing, data segmentation, and team productivity.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and optimize our dashboard to track the conversion and ROI of our campus activities
2. Mantu Managers Program & Junior Enterprise Partnerships
You will own the operational execution and the automation of the Mantu Manager Program (MMP) :
- End-to-End Program Management : Coordinate and automate the daily operations of the MMP, including stakeholder management, scheduling, and tracking participants' progress.
- Digital Learning Optimization: Manage asynchronous learning paths via our 360Learning LMS.
- JE Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Junior Enterprises (JE). Pitch Mantu’s value proposition to student organizations and transform these relationships into highly structured talent pipelines.
Profile
- Education: Engineering or Business School student (Gap year or Final Internship).
- Tech-Mindset: Strong interest or first experience in process automation, AI tools, or digital growth techniques. You love finding ways to make systems run faster and smarter.
- Project Management: Organized and autonomous, capable of handling an operational project like the MMP with multiple stakeholders.
- JE Ecosystem: An experience in or exposure to the Junior Enterprise network is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (daily working languages).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solver, execution-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
