Job description
You will join our the IT Project Management team in Porto. You will play a key role in supporting project management activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet their objectives on time and within scope. Working closely with experienced IT Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and contributing to project success.
Your missions
- Support IT project management activities across various initiatives
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project teams
- Coordinate tasks and track project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in documenting project requirements, milestones, and outcomes
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Participate in meetings and provide status updates to project managers
- Help drive enthusiasm and engagement within project teams
- Adapt to evolving project needs and support process improvements
Your profile
- Experience in IT project management (entry-level)
- Skills in project management tools and methodologies
- Academic background: currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant educational program
- English fluent, French is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and project lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt during a 6-month internship
- You demonstrate strong communication skills
- You demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to project success [doc1]
