You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Mantu's procurement ecosystem, centered around Ivalua as the group's core purchasing platform, while driving reporting capabilities and AI-powered process automation. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy profile with a strong interest in procurement processes, data management, and emerging automation technologies.
Your missions:
- Ensure the day-to-day maintenance and stability of the Ivalua platform and its integrations (API, ETL, EAI Console)
- Manage and monitor the interface between Ivalua and ARP systems
- Act as the key liaison in the ticketing system between Mantu and Fluxym (Ivalua integrator), ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Handle internal client requests and tickets, providing first-level support and escalating when necessary
- Contribute to system improvement initiatives and coordinate with the integrator for upgrades and patches
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to procurement KPIs and indirect purchasing performance
- Work with Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments to extract, transform, and interpret procurement data
- Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data visualizations
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs
- Document data flows and reporting standards
- Design and deploy automation workflows using agents, flows, and skills to streamline procurement processes
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to support automation logic and data extraction
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to identify automation opportunities within indirect purchasing processes
- Build and maintain ETL/API pipelines to support procurement data integration and process efficiency
- Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation trends applicable to the procurement function
Your profile:
- Understanding of ETL processes, APIs, and data integration concepts
- Proficiency or strong interest in SQL
- Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent BI tools
- Basic understanding of Data Warehouse / Data Lake architecture
- Exposure to generative AI tools and automation platforms
- Interest in or knowledge of procurement and indirect purchasing processes
- Ability to manage a ticketing system and coordinate with external suppliers
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Autonomous and proactive in problem-solving
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in digital innovation
- Prior exposure to Ivalua or similar P2P/S2P platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of EAI/middleware tools is a plus
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus
- English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
