Job description

As Senior Auditor, part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Risk & Audit Department. The Risk & Audit Department is a dynamic and driving force for the whole Group, supporting the development of our own certification systems and applications. As a Senior Auditor, you will enhance the effectiveness of our internal processes by auditing and challenging them through a systematic approach, managing multiple standards audits, and driving continuous improvement in information security and quality schemes.

Your missions

• Manage and execute audits for multiple standards (ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 9001) within precise timelines.
• Coordinate across teams to prepare and execute audits, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of the Integrated Management System, including system processes, internal controls, and project audits on a regular basis.
• Verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other standards as required (e.g.TISAX, SOC II).
• Suggest escalation processes and KPIs to ensure compliance with internal rules and policies.
• Challenge processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and arrange logistics for group certification audits, including maintenance of annual audits.
• Promote communication and awareness on audit and certification topics across the Group.
• Prepare and engage in customer audits and assessments.
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits.
• Contribute to data analytics and automation projects within internal audit.
• Support audit and control documentation management; review existing operational processes, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain agile communication with management and internal stakeholders.

Your profile

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security, risk management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in internal audit cycles and certification audits.
• English language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AI prompting and generative AI such as Open AI, Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Dust
• Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, time management, adaptability, autonomy, critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Certified auditor on ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, knowing ISO 42001 and experience in a tech consulting company are preferred
