Job description
We are looking for a curious, hands-on, and people-first Office Management Intern to join our Global Office & Facilities team, based in our Bogotá office.
This is not an internship where you'll be watching from the sidelines. From day one, you'll be the person who keeps the office running smoothly: making sure every consultant who walks in is equipped with what they need, that the space feels welcoming and organized, and that the technology around them actually works. You'll be the backbone of the office experience.
You don't need to be a tech expert. But you do need to be someone who is comfortable around technology, who doesn't panic when a printer goes rogue or a laptop needs to be reset, and who enjoys figuring things out. We'll train you on everything specific to our environment; what we need from you is the right mindset.
Mission
- IT Stock & Equipment Management
- Track, set up, and recover laptops during onboardings and offboardings
- Keep the IT asset inventory accurate and current.
- Troubleshoot common tech issues: account resets, printers, VC systems, basic network checks.
- Escalate complex issues to IT, acting as the informed relay on the ground.
- Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Keep the office welcoming, functional, and true to Mantu's culture daily.
- Manage office supplies: track stock, place orders, coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are always ready and properly equipped.
- Support internal events and team gatherings.
- Be the go-to person for anything office-related, big or small.
- Access Control & Security
- Issue and revoke access badges; keep the database up to date.
- Register visitors and new starters according to security protocols.
- Support compliance with internal safety and emergency procedures.
- Liaise with building management on security and facility matters.
- Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to waste reduction and environmental initiatives in the office.
- Spot opportunities to improve how things work and bring them forward.
Your profile
We're not looking for someone who has done it all before. We're looking for someone who is eager, organized, and ready to make the Bogotá office genuinely great.
- Currently completing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or similar, with the ability to sign a convenio de práctica.

- Young, energetic, and digitally fluent: comfortable experimenting with new tools and smarter ways of working
- Strong focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
- Creative and proactive in finding solutions to challenges
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities autonomously
- High level of attention to detail: Everything matters
