Job description
You will join our Professional Services department as an Integration & Data Solutions Consultant, acting as a technical expert and key partner for our clients and internal teams.
Your LittleBig Responsibilities:
- Intervene with clients to retrieve needs and advise them on the best way to use Eleven VMS, leveraging Data pipelines and/or Eleven VMS APIs to ensure data accuracy and reliability across all integrated systems.
- Orchestrate integrations for clients wishing to connect their own information systems to the Eleven VMS platform, including leading functional and technical specification workshops, solution design, development, and testing.
- Advise and support clients on IS interfacing issues between multiple environments.
- Collaborate daily with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Business, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Work with technical support and escalation teams to identify and resolve issues related to data flow, performance, and data quality.
- Develop and operate interface implementations using N8N and/or Databricks.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of documentation and processes related to integration and automation.
- Support the analysis of production incidents.
- Contribute to enhancing data onboarding techniques by designing and developing automation for data onboarding and configuration in client environments (developing, running, and/or enhancing existing scripts/services).
Your Profile:
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, cloud-based integration services).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and data environments.
- Experience with N8N.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL/MySQL, NoSQL/MongoDB) and data formats.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript and/or Python.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, API development, or product management, ideally in a SaaS or software package environment.
- Successful track record in projects involving technical configurations such as API integrations and complex ETL/ELT implementations.
- Excellent technical understanding and mastery of APIs.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- French and English fluent.
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
