Job description
LittleBig Connection connects companies with external experts through a digital platform, enabling seamless collaboration from sourcing to payment. Present in 25 countries, we support 280+ major clients worldwide and are leading the way in Total Workforce Management.
Starting on your internship, you will join the Community team to support the growth, engagement, and activation of our freelance and consulting firm communities. Your goal: contribute to making the community a real business driver by supporting marketing initiatives, events, and key programs.
Your LittleBig Responsibilities
Content & Communication
- Create and manage marketing communications (newsletters, event invitations, campaigns, post-event emails)
- Manage approximately 6 email campaigns per month
- Contribute to the global editorial strategy
- Create visuals (Figma)
- Manage and publish content on LinkedIn and community channels
Events (Online & Offline)
- Support event organization (venue sourcing, logistics, invitations, coordination)
- Create and manage webinars
- Coordinate operations on event day
- Analyze performance and provide post-event reporting
Community Programs
- Support the Business Referral Program (operational follow-up & communication)
- Identify and engage ambassadors
- Collect reviews and community feedback
Reporting & Cross-team Support
- Update monthly reporting
- Create presentations and slides for meetings
- Support various marketing & community projects
- Track and analyze key metrics
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Bring new ideas to improve engagement and community experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, events, and processes
Business Mindset
- Develop understanding of how community actions drive business impact
- Support lead generation and platform activity
- Collaborate with Business teams
Your Profile
- Experience with content creation and communication tools
- Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
- Academic background: currently enrolled in a higher education program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- French and English fluent
- You demonstrate strong organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
