You will join the Strategy & Transformation department, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Transformation. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group's strategic projects, particularly in the deployment of Acc2030, Mantu's Group-wide transformation plan. You will work alongside senior leadership on high-impact topics at the intersection of business thinking, organizational transformation, and executive governance.
Your Missions
- Conduct in-depth analyses on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning of the Group's brands (Amaris, LittleBig Connection, etc.)
- Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategic decision-making
- Support the deployment of the Acc2030 transformation plan across the Group, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution
- Contribute to the structuring and monitoring of transformation initiatives (AI in business and governance, new business models, offer evolution, growth strategies, etc.)
- Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership bodies (ExCom, Board-level committees)
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with operational teams, brands, and Corporate functions across the Group as part of the Acc2030 plan
- Act as a business partner for key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Your Profile
- Experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting (years of experience to be specified if required)
- Experience with analytical tools and business intelligence software
- Master’s degree from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
- English fluent. French is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate excellent written and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level audiences.
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a strong team spirit.
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
