As a Hub Manager you will play a pivotal role in aligning our Hub's development with the Group's overarching vision and values, all while embracing and integrating the nuances of local culture. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Alignment and Local Adaptation: blend the Group's vision with local cultural practices to enhance the Hub's local relevance and impact. 
  • Performance and Process Adherence: Guide the team towards peak performance, ensuring adherence to the Group's processes and discipline. 
  • Strategic Development Support: Collaborate with the Group's governance and brand teams to formulate the Hub's local strategy, spotting opportunities and talent while staying ahead of market trends. 
  • Real Estate and Office Management: Spearhead real estate initiatives and manage office logistics to create an inspiring workspace. 
  • Budget and Cost Optimization: Oversee the Hub's financial health, optimizing costs through savvy management of expenses and vendor relationships. 
  • Managerial Consistency: Ensure that local management practices align with the Group's high standards, maintaining uniform excellence. 
  • Community Engagement and Events: Energize the Hub with vibrant events and activities that strengthen community bonds and foster engagement. 
  • Crisis Management and Communication: Lead with poise in crisis situations, managing communications with clarity and confidence. 
  • Market Insight and Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and HR practices to position the Hub strategically. 
  • Leadership and Team Development: Chair the local Management Committee, inspiring and guiding the team towards strategic objectives. 
  • Local Partnerships and Brand Promotion: Cultivate meaningful relationships with local entities, enhancing the Hub's visibility and network. 
  • Talent Strategy and Employer Branding: Work closely with partners and Recruitment to attract, retain, and nurture talent, solidifying our position as an employer of choice. 
  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless integration experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. 
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively manage risks and seize opportunities that impact the Hub socially and administratively. 
  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Influence the local Compensation & Benefits policy, ensuring fairness and competitive positioning in the market. 
  • Managerial Development: Foster a culture of leadership excellence, elevating the managerial capabilities within the team. 

Profile Requirements:

Education & Languages 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in the local language required, additional languages are a plus. 

Experience 

  • 5–7+ years of experience, including 2–3+ years in a leadership role  
  • Experience in office/site management, budget ownership, and vendor management. 
  • Exposure to strategic planning, community/employee engagement, and internal communication. 
  • Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and develop teams. 
  • Solid business acumen and ability to translate Group strategy into local actions. 
  • Good financial skills (budgeting, cost optimization) and project management. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including in sensitive or crisis situations. 
  • Ability to analyse market/competitor trends and propose concrete actions.
