Job description

You will join our Corporate HR & Legal team, positioned at the heart of Mantu’s evolution and pivotal in sculpting both team and organizational growth. As HR Legal Manager, you will lead a team of two direct reports and oversee HR legal matters across a highly international scope : covering 15 countries with a strong focus on group processes, policies, and top management support. This role requires navigating diverse labor laws, from Colombia to Japan, while ensuring the application of common group strategies. You will be the key point of contact for all HR legal topics, supporting local teams, and reinforcing our presence where needed, especially in countries without a dedicated HR team.

Your Missions:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two HR legal professionals, fostering expertise and high performance

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across 15 countries

  • Advise top management and HR teams on complex HR legal issues, risks, and best practices at both local and group levels

  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and HR-related agreements for multiple jurisdictions

  • Monitor and implement changes in labor legislation, ensuring group policies are adapted accordingly and harmonized across countries

  • Connect with local teams and external providers as needed, leveraging local HR knowledge and networks to ensure compliance and operational excellence

  • Maintain operational involvement in day-to-day HR legal matters, ensuring hands-on management of group dossiers and continuous improvement of HR legal processes

 

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Law, with a specialization in labor/employment law or related field

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR legal management

  • Proven expertise in international labor law and HR legal compliance, ideally across multiple countries and regions

  • Proficiency in English

  • Experience with generative AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and organizational skills

  • Strong sense of autonomy, and problem-solving abilities

  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
