Job description
Own Mantu’s corporate narrative and bring it to life through high-value content. You will define our messaging frameworks and thought-leadership angles, then produce and orchestrate flagship assets (studies, reports, white papers, executive speeches, editorial series) that strengthen brand preference and credibility internationally.
You will work hand in hand with the External Communications Manager, who owns content distribution and amplification across PR, corporate social media, events and awards. You will report to the Senior Internal & External Communication Manager.
You will join a Marketing & Communications team of ~40 talents and collaborate closely with internal experts, leaders and key stakeholders across countries.
This is a newly created role: you will help build the foundations from scratch to boost Mantu’s awareness and expertise in the market. With a strong company-wide focus on brand, reputation and thought leadership, this position comes with high strategic stakes and offers a uniquely high-impact opportunity to shape our external voice.

Ensure quality, brand consistency, and tone-of-voice adoption across teams and markets.
5) Measurement & Continuous Improvement
-
Define content KPIs: content engagement/retention, qualified traffic, organic growth, content-assisted pipeline, share of voice on priority topics.
