As a Group Controlling Analyst Intern, you will support the implementation of initiatives that optimize the company's overall financial performance and provide key analyses to support decision-making processes.
Your missions :
- Review the monthly financial statements provided by all the activities of the group; discuss and challenge the performance with financial directors.
- Provide timely synthesis of the group’s global financial performance, including qualitative comments for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Mantu Board.
- Monitor progress and changes; keep senior leadership informed of the organization’s financial status.
- Ensure global accuracy of financial statements by checking key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliation, shared services reinvoicing, analytical allocations, etc.).
- Perform benchmarking analyses comparing Mantu's performance (profitability, growth) to competitors in the global consulting industry.
- Liaise with internal auditors and oversee internal controls to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Create additional analyses as requested by senior management.
Your profile :
- Academic background: Bachelor or above degree in Controlling, Finance or related fields (end-of-studies internship).
- Experience in Controlling or Audit is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and French are appreciated.
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach.
