Job Description
Join our team and contribute to the modernization and reliability of Mantu’s global network infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity and robust security across our offices.
Your Missions
- Manage and modernize global LAN, WAN, and WLAN (WiFi) infrastructure to ensure seamless office connectivity.
- Enhance network reliability by implementing Network-as-Code strategies using Ansible, Terraform & Python.
- Administrate Hybrid Cloud Networking.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto/Fortinet).
- Implement and maintain network monitoring and observability systems (Grafana and Elastic stack) to ensure proactive alerting.
- Support, maintain, and optimize the group’s security posture through strict firewall policies and VPN management.
- Resolve complex connectivity incidents (Level 3), and lead root cause analysis for outages.
- Create and update network topology maps, High-Level Design (HLD) documentation, and procedures.
- Enforce network security standards (802.1x, NAC) and collaborate with the security team on audits.
Your Profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in a similar position (Network Engineering / Architecture).
- Deep knowledge of routing & switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) on enterprise hardware.
- Knowledge of network security including firewalls, IPsec VPNs, and network access control.
- Knowledge of cloud networking services (Azure / AWS).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Elastic).
- English fluent. French is a plus.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills.
- You value strong teamwork and knowledge sharing abilities.
- You show a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You think in a proactive and logical approach.
- You have adaptability in a continuously changing environment.
- Experience with automation logic and confidence with Ansible and Terraform are required; Python is highly valued.
