As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our finance team. Finance at Mantu gathers strategic advisors who drive economic performance. The team also provides economic analyses to support the decision-making process and define key strategies. Mantu's financial activities include accounting, treasury management and financing, investment strategy, procurement, and management control.
Job Description:
You will join our finance team, supporting the CFO and driving strategic financial initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing financial systems, leading cross-functional projects, and providing advanced analytics to support business decisions.
Your Missions
- Be responsible for a scope with several countries.
- Review and monitor the monthly P&L of the scope.
- Provide the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
- Analyze the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identify actions to preserve/improve the business’ margins.
- Support the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee and monitor the structured projects provisions.
- Manage cash and monitor the invoicing flows.
- Interact and coordinate with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc., and staff departments: HR, Management, and Director.
- Manage local FP&As and a team of business controller.
Your Profile
- Graduated from a Master's degree.
- Previous experience between 4-6 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, fp&a analyst…) or in audit in a Big 4.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experience.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and inter-relational skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- French and English fluent.
