Job description

As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our marketing team.  

Employer Branding at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand’s visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management. 

Starting on January 2026, you will join the team in Barcelona as Employer Branding Intern, reporting to our Head of Employer Branding and being part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries. 

 

 Your missions 

 

In this position, you will get a unique overview of the key Employer Branding topics, being in charge of internal and external communication for our different brands and ensuring seamless coordination. 

 

Your responsibilities will involve: 

  • Develop and execute social media content: Create engaging posts for external audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube highlighting our people. You’ll ensure the content is vibrant and aligns with the company’s values to attract top talent. 
  • Create and update corporate materials: Support the creation of high-quality content such as presentations, communication templates, and brand videos that reflect Mantu's identity and values. 
  • Trend analysis: Research and monitor trends in employer branding, both within and outside the company, to stay ahead of industry changes and ensure Mantu's brand stays relevant and impactful. 
  • Collaborate across teams: Work alongside various departments to support cross-functional initiatives, gaining a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communication, recruitment and HR challenges and best practices. 

 

🎯 Your profile 

 

  • Academic background: Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, and Branding. A first experience in HR, or Marketing is a plus 
  • Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability and precision 
  • English language: Fluent in English; French is a plus. 
  • AI/OpenAI experience: Well-versed in generative AI tools for marketing and communication. 
  • Soft skills: Proactive and team player attitude, hands-on delivery, good storytelling and communication skills, and time management skills
