Job description
As an Internal Quality Auditor, you will enhance the effectiveness of our internal processes by auditing and challenging them through a systematic approach. You will also support the development of our own certification systems and applications.
Your missions
- Review existing operational processes, procedures, and policies.
- Challenge processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other standards as required.
- Conduct internal audits, project audits, and integrated system certification audits.
- Maintain agile communication with management and internal stakeholders.
- Suggest escalation processes and KPIs to ensure compliance with internal rules and policies.
- Contribute to data analytics and automation internal audit projects.
Your profile
- Academic background: Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, with experience performing audits.
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and French.
- Strong analytical mindset, open-minded, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI generative tools (e.g. Copilot, Power BI, Python, SQL) is a strong advantage.
