Job description
As an Internal Communication Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Mantu’s internal communication strategy. Working closely with your manager, the Marketing team, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to creating engaging content, managing communication campaigns, and ensuring a seamless flow of information across the organization.
This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to impactful communication initiatives that drive employee engagement and alignment with the Group’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Content creation and management
- Manage and coordinate the internal communication calendar for Viva Engage and the Homepage
- Proactively create engaging content for internal communications, including:
- Writing and publishing updates on Viva Engage
- Writing and publishing articles for the HomePage
- Crafting engaging email communications for key announcements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brands and departments to plan and deliver communication campaigns on key topics such as AI, sustainability, and cybersecurity or upon request
- Ensure content aligns with Mantu’s brand identity, tone of voice, and strategic objectives
Support top-down communication
- Create communication assets and slides for quarterly updates on Group news
- Support hub/office managers with content coordination for local events, Q&A sessions, and office engagement activities, ensuring Group messages are effectively relayed
- Relay communications assets for display in the office (posters, TV) to leverage physical communications
Support corporate communication assets creation and sharing
- Contribute to the integrated report writing
- Support the updating of corporate assets available on the Brandcenter (corporate presentation, message platform, boilerplate, etc.)
- Assist the review and evolution of the corporate assets library brandcenter for a more user-friendly and reliable tool and better asset visibility and usage
Report, monitor and benchmark
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives with defined and appropriate KPIs, using data to optimize impact
- Conduct research on emerging trends in internal communication and corporate marketing
- Perform regular benchmark analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
Your profile
- Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools.
- Strong interest in branding, social media management, and marketing. A first experience in advertising or branding agency is a plus.
- Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability, and precision.
- Perfect oral and writing skills in professional English and French native.
- Proactive and team player attitude; good organization and time management skills.
- Well-versed in AI today, mastering different tools related to marketing and generative AI, and a strong interest in learning even more about this subject.
