Your LittleBig Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison for the executive committee, supporting high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Challenge and optimize processes to support our hypergrowth.
- Prepare, structure, and facilitate key meetings (Board, Executive Committee, Sales Weekly, Roleplays).
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of presentations for management and strategic clients.
- Analyze and improve existing processes (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success) and propose enhancements.
- Serve as a key contact for the effective use of Salesforce and internal tools (AI tools, PowerBI, Teams, Loop, Demodesk).
- Lead a study project for a potential CRM change.
- Conduct financial studies and forecasts to provide recommendations (by country, vertical, market).
- Produce dashboards to inform decisions for the CEO and Sales teams.
- Track market and competitive trends and extract actionable recommendations.
- Participate in structuring projects (e.g., Salesforce renegotiation, integration of collaborative tools).
- Contribute ideas on innovation, international expansion, or organizational topics.
- Represent ElevenVMS teams in the context of Mantu’s Accelerate 2030 strategic transformation plan.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a top business school (final year), with a strong interest in strategy and entrepreneurship.
- Eager to gain in-depth understanding of managing and steering an international scale-up.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership on strategic topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, appetite for challenges, and autonomy.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI or Salesforce is a plus).
- Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and generative AI (such as OpenAI) is appreciated.
