As Social Cost Controller Manager, you will act as a strategic interface between Finance and Payroll functions. Your role will be to ensure payroll-related costs are accurately reflected in the accounts, aligned with internal processes, and understood across stakeholders. This is a newly created and highly transversal role offering high exposure and impact.
Your missions

Ensure consistency and accuracy across payroll, accounting, and financial records

Oversee monthly payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations

Monitor and validate financial provisions and entries related to team-related costs

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for social cost components

Lead process improvement initiatives and develop internal control frameworks

Act as a key point of contact between Finance, HR, and internal teams

Facilitate collaboration and data flow between cross-functional departments

Contribute to the visibility of workforce-related costs across the fiscal year
Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, controlling, or payroll-related finance functions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles

Proficiency in Excel and familiar with HRIS, ERP systems and data analysis tools

Native in French and English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You have strong communication skills, enjoy driving structure in complex environments
