Job description

Your LittleBig responsibilities

As a CEO´s Right Hand Intern, you will support Mantu’s top management on strategic and transversal topics across the group. You will gain an in-depth understanding of key business areas and have the opportunity to take full ownership of high-impact projects.

Your missions

  • Contribute to Mantu’s strategic vision through market screenings, competition analysis, and financial modeling

  • Support planning of strategic internal events and meetings (e.g. business unit townhalls, top management travel)

  • Coordinate board-level governance by helping to structure board packs, and follow up on decisions made in executive committees

  • Participate in finance-related deliverables including investor and bank presentations, sustainability and transparency reports

  • Support sourcing and recruiting efforts for new people joining the organization

  • Deliver transversal projects that have high business impact and visibility

  • Contribute to the development of new processes and operational efficiencies within the executive function

  • Collaborate with various departments including product, business planning, marketing, sales and people teams


Your profile

  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting or project coordination

  • Academic background: top-tier business or engineering school

  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)

  • Interest in AI generative tools and belief in its transformative impact on society

  • Excellent organization, autonomy and time management

  • Strong communication abilities and capacity to engage with executive stakeholders

  • You have a strong sense of urgency, accountability and a “get-things-done” mindset

  • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments and know how to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • You have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
