We are seeking an impact-oriented Strategy & Transformation Manager. Working hand-in-hand with the Executive Committee, business leaders and functional teams, you will translate our Accelerate 2030 strategic plan into actionable roadmaps, orchestrate cross-functional delivery and embed lasting change across the Group. You will also be involved in the strategy design or refresh at corporate, business-unit and/or functional levels.
Your missions :
1. Strategy crafting or refresh (3 months a year)

Frame and roadmap Group/brand strategy projects

Mine internal, client & market insights to shape options
-
Run C-suite workshops to converge on choices
-
Deliver a crisp strategic plan with quantified OKRs
2. Strategic planning & prioritisation
-
Organise quarterly planning sessions to translate long-term ambition into 90-day action plans
-
Consolidate initiatives into a single Transformation OKR dashboard
3. Project management and governance
-
As Transformation partner for a given strategic pillar, offer thought partnering to pillar / workstream owners and help structure planning & execution processes

Facilitate monthly performance reviews and decision forums
-
Provide common PMO playbook, templates & metrics to drive initiatives execution and ensure progress is tracked and risks surfaced

Offer hands-on support to at-risk initiatives

Drive change
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence

Prepare and / or facilitate Group governance meetings & ExCom deep-dives

Monitor competitive intelligence
5. People development

Academic background: Master’s degree in management, engineering, or related field

Professional experience: 5 years, including minimum 2 years in a top tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or corporate strategy / transformation team

You have an ability to drive decisions, engage stakeholders and synthesise complex information effectively
