Mission Description
We are looking for a curious and technically skilled Fullstack Developer Intern to join our R&D Lab and contribute to the AI Workplace Environment initiative — an innovative project that harnesses artificial intelligence to enhance employee experience, predict turnover, and enable HR teams with intelligent, data-driven decision tools.
This project combines structured HR indicators with unstructured feedback, applying machine learning and natural language processing in a scalable, secure, and cloud-based environment using Microsoft Azure. The final goal is to deliver an intuitive and interactive web application that allows stakeholders to explore turnover predictions and satisfaction analytics through advanced visualizations and dashboards.
As a Fullstack Developer Intern in this project, you will play a central role in designing and implementing a visual interface that bridges AI insights with HR use cases. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and HR experts to ensure a seamless integration of machine learning outputs and front-end representations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a visual application that enables users to interact with AI-driven predictions and employee satisfaction dashboards.
- Develop intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using React (or equivalent frontend frameworks).
- Implement robust backend APIs using Spring Boot and RESTful services to connect the front-end with our internal databases and Azure-hosted models.
- Integrate and optimize the visual representation of structured data and predictive model outputs using interactive plots and charts (e.g., Plotly, Chart.js, D3.js).
- Collaborate with data scientists to expose model results and key metrics (e.g., turnover probability, satisfaction scores, sentiment insights) within the application.
- Contribute to the deployment and integration of the application within a cloud-based ecosystem (Azure Blob Storage, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
- Participate in technical design discussions, roadmap planning, and sprint reviews as part of an agile R&D team.
Profile Requirement
- First experience (academic or professional) in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and backend services (Spring Boot, REST APIs).
- Interest or experience in Python and willingness to learn the fundamentals of machine learning.
- Basic familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong desire to work on impactful projects at the intersection of AI and workplace well-being.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- You are enthusiastic about workplace analytics, ethical AI applications, and contributing to the development of intelligent tools for employee wellbeing.
