Job description
You’ll have the opportunity to work within our HR team managing our most valuable asset – our people. Positioned at the heart of our evolution, this department is pivotal in sculpting both team and organizational growth. We're committed to building a dynamic and positive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for the HR team and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports in PowerBI using data directly queried from the company’s data warehouse.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support HR with data analysis as needed to meet immediate demands.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with Finance, Recruitment, Marketing, and other departments on cross-departmental analysis.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects to improve data consistency and optimize processes.
- Technology Implementation: Assist in rolling out new HR technologies and data systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in data analysis; HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR KPIs and metrics is a must; advanced knowledge is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PowerBI is a must, with experience creating and managing dashboards.
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel is also a must.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, advanced statistical analysis, or Python is a plus.
- Teamwork: Able to work well in a young and dynamic team.
- Continuous Learning: Eager to learn and stay current with industry trends.
