As a Traffic Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating communication operations by coordinating stakeholders, optimizing production flows, and ensuring timelines are respected.
Your missions :

Coordinate the different stages of production (creation, development, execution, delivery)

Ensure the smooth execution of creative operations and responses to calls for tender

Implement and optimize project management tools (workflow, collaborative tools, schedules)

Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources assigned to each project

Identify potential bottlenecks and propose corrective actions

Manage task prioritization and schedule arbitration based on urgencies and constraints

Facilitate collaboration between creative, consulting, production teams and external partners

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
Your profile :

Proven experience in an agency or multi-project production environment: at least 5 years

Strong command of project management tools (Monday, Trello, Asana or similar)

Ability to work in dynamic and demanding environments

Knowledge of different communication channels and formats (print, digital, audiovisual…)

Academic background: Master’s degree in communication, marketing, or project management

Fluent in French. Professional English is a plus
