Job description
You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Life Sciences team, supporting laboratory testing and analytical activities. You will contribute to reliable testing, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day laboratory operations while collaborating closely with an established team.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Perform routine laboratory analyses in accordance with approved procedures, protocols, and applicable quality standards
- Conduct ELISA testing and support related sample preparation, reagent preparation, and assay execution activities
- Review, record, and maintain complete and accurate laboratory data, test results, and supporting documentation
- Support the investigation and reporting of atypical results, deviations, or technical issues arising during testing
- Ensure laboratory activities are performed in compliance with site procedures, good documentation practices, and health and safety requirements
- Collaborate with laboratory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of testing activities
- Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory equipment, materials, and working areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen laboratory efficiency, data reliability, and operational quality
- Quickly integrate into established laboratory workflows and contribute effectively to ongoing activities
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience, ideally within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or similarly regulated environment
- Practical experience performing ELISA assays, including sample preparation, reagent preparation, assay execution, and result documentation
- Good understanding of laboratory procedures, accurate data recording, and good documentation practices
- Ability to follow established methods independently and quickly integrate into existing laboratory workflows
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills when handling routine testing issues or unexpected results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with laboratory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience with UV spectrophotometry would be an advantage
- Exposure to HPLC analysis would be an additional advantage
- Fluent in English

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
