Job description
Join Amaris Consulting remotly as an Senior SAP Functional Expert - PP & MM and contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects within the Supply Chain Planning scope. You will join an international and dynamic environment, supporting ERP planning solutions and helping design, implement, and improve SAP-based processes across production planning, detailed scheduling, and industrial purchasing.
Your missions
- Perform functional and technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of ERP planning functionalities within an SAP ecosystem.
- Lead the Production Planning scope, including data integrations and embedded PP/DS activities.
- Manage the Materials Management scope related to industrial purchasing processes.
- Contribute to architecture design reviews, product roadmap definition, and product strategy within the Supply Chain Planning area.
- Translate business requirements into documented architecture solutions, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions in line with product development standards.
- Support development teams by resolving blocking issues, managing interdependencies, and providing architecture and design guidance.
- Ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency across operational, statutory, and legal requirements.
Your profile
- 7+ years of experience in ERP delivery within a business-oriented context and international environment.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Supply Chain Planning in SAP ERP, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM, PP, and a solid understanding of SD processes.
- Experience with embedded SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, also known as SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Planning and Scheduling, is highly desirable.
- Solid configuration expertise, troubleshooting skills, and ability to determine when to use configuration or code.
- Knowledge of application and technology architecture, agile ways of working, and Kinaxis Maestro is a plus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- English fluent. Spanish or French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and formulate clear solution proposals.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, autonomy, and ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
