Job description
As a Scientist within the Analytical Method & Stability Center (AMSC), you’ll be part of the Analytical Development organization supporting synthetically designed drug candidates across their full lifecycle, from early development to commercialization. You will represent AMSC in cross‑functional project teams, translate project needs into laboratory activities, and contribute to analytical method development, product characterization, stability profiling and clinical release testing. In this role, your work will directly support patient safety and the successful launch of innovative therapies.
Your missions
- Support multiple synthetic development projects (e.g. oligonucleotides, peptides, conjugates, degraders), aligning priorities with project objectives.
- Design and execute fit‑for‑purpose stability studies on synthetic compounds (e.g. ICH stability, RIBPS, open dish stress studies).
- Contribute to the development, validation and transfer of analytical methods, with a focus on Liquid Chromatography
- Interpret chromatographic and physicochemical data for product characterization and stability assessment.
- Collaborate with Analytical Development, API and Drug Product teams to align analytical strategies with project needs.
- Prepare concise scientific documentation (protocols, reports, data summaries) and communicate key results to project teams.
Your profile
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology or related science with 0–3 years of experience,
or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with ≥3 years of relevant experience. - Knowledge of stability studies on synthetic compounds (ICH, RIBPS, stress studies).
- Experience in analytical method development/validation/transfer, ideally with Liquid Chromatography.
- Understanding of synthetic drug substances and formulations (e.g. conjugates, oligonucleotides, degraders) and related analytical techniques.
- Industrial experience and familiarity with GMP are assets.
- Able to work independently and in a team, manage deadlines and show a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and results‑driven mindset.
