As an MSAT Engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations, investigate process-related issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production processes. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams while ensuring compliance with applicable GMP and safety requirements.
Your missions

Provide technical support for commercial-scale manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot process and production issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.

Support deviation investigations, impact assessments, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

Monitor manufacturing process performance and identify opportunities for optimization and risk reduction.

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement process changes.

Contribute to technology transfer, process scale-up, and validation activities.

Prepare and review technical documentation, investigation reports, protocols, and manufacturing records.

Ensure that all assigned activities comply with GMP, quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Your profile

You have experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing within a GMP-regulated environment.

You have practical exposure to commercial-scale production, process troubleshooting, and deviation investigations.

You understand GMP requirements and their application within manufacturing operations.

Experience in process optimization, technology transfer, scale-up, CAPA, or validation would be an advantage.

You hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.

You are professionally proficient in English.

You demonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

You communicate effectively and collaborate confidently with cross-functional stakeholders.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
