Product Owner

ABOUT THE JOB

• Own and drive product delivery initiatives within the Finance domain.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business value and requirements.
• Manage product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Ensure solutions align with Finance processes, business objectives, and SAP environments.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage dependencies between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and resolve business or delivery-related issues to ensure successful product delivery.
• Communicate project progress, priorities, risks, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Good understanding of Finance processes and business operations.
• Experience working with SAP environments and SAP-related stakeholders.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an Agile or collaborative delivery environment.
