Join Amaris Consulting and support one of our leading clients in the successful delivery of clinical studies within an international and highly regulated environment.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate clinical projects from study start-up through close-out.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Data Management and external partners.
- Oversee the selection, initiation and performance of clinical sites.
- Manage relationships with CROs, vendors and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure clinical activities are conducted in accordance with protocol requirements, GCP and applicable regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure the quality, completeness and timely delivery of clinical documentation and study deliverables.
- Prepare and contribute to audits and inspections.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical project management processes and practices.
About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or CRO environment.
- Proven experience managing clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
- Experience working with CROs, clinical sites and external vendors.
- Experience managing international and/or multicenter clinical studies is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
- Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate risks and work effectively in a complex environment.
- Fluent English; French and/or additional languages are a plus.
