Your Missions

• Design end-to-end enterprise automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Define solution architecture, technical design, and implementation strategy for complex automation initiatives.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality UiPath automations following best practices.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RPA solutions.
• Lead technical workshops to gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into robust automation solutions integrated with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, ERP, and cloud platforms.
• Create reusable automation frameworks and governance standards to support long-term scalability.
• Optimize robot performance, monitoring, resiliency, and automation reliability.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years of hands-on automation development experience.
• Experience developing automation solutions using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale automation programs and integrating automation solutions with business applications and databases.
• Strong knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, APIs, system integrations, SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and data management concepts.
• Experience supporting dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of hyperautomation concepts and implementation approaches.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Certified Professional Developer, or Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is a plus.
• English fluent.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business requirements and technical specifications.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and international environments.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
