- Monitor and maintain knowledge management and AI workflows in production environments, ensuring data quality, reliability, security, and performance
- Build and maintain documentation, simple dashboards, and reports to track usage, performance, and improvements of AI agents and knowledge systems
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing SharePoint structures, AI-driven knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation methods, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards

- Practical experience with low-code tools in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms) to build agents, workflows, or chatbots
- Familiar with or motivated to work with large language models (LLMs) and AI capabilities embedded in Microsoft 365, and to apply RAG-like concepts for knowledge retrieval and grounding
- Experience with structuring, organizing, and maintaining content to improve search, retrieval, and user access to knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/automation solutions
- Familiarity with dashboards/reporting tools or basic data visualization is a plus
- Exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, or workflow automation (especially in the Microsoft ecosystem) is a strong plus
