ABOUT THE JOB
- Act as a Scrum Master for an Agile team delivering a large-scale Data Migration project.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and best practices to ensure efficient sprint delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth migration activities.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting data migration, validation, testing, and release activities.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams involved in source systems, target platforms, and data integration processes.
- Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, risks, and Agile metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning, migration planning, and risk management to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Maintain Agile documentation, project reports, and meeting notes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Agile processes and enhance team collaboration.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams in an international working environment.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- From 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development or data-related projects.
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Warehouse, or other data-focused projects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
